Cancellation Policy and Lesson Rescheduling
I understand that life happens and schedules can change!
That said, in fairness to all clients and to make sure I am able to help as many dogs and families as possible, I ask that you please review the following policy:
Rescheduling Sessions:
If you need to reschedule a session or lesson, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. For every 6 lessons, I allow one last-minute (under 24 hours' notice) cancellation that can be rescheduled. You can contact me by email, text, or call to request a new date and time. I’ll do my best to accommodate you based on current availability. Please note that frequent or repeated rescheduling may result in delays in your training program and goals
Late Cancellations/No Show Consultations:
If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or if you are not home or prepared at the agreed-upon time, the session will be considered forfeited and will still be charged. If I am already en route or have arrived at your location and the session is cancelled, missed, or cut short, the session will still be charged in full. Please make sure someone is home, your dog is ready to begin, and all necessary equipment is accessible.
Booking Online
If you need to cancel or change a booking you have done online, please also send me a text or an e-mail to confirm your changes and ensure it is not a mistake.
Weather Policy:
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in the event of extreme weather (extreme temperature, precipitation, storms, etc.), but this will be at the trainer’s discretion. I may still proceed with sessions indoors or in a covered space when possible, if it serves our training goals.
